October 1, 2024 Dinner Meeting
The Board of the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council is excited to announce that registration is now open for the October 1, 2024 Dinner Meeting at Garvan’s .
Please note that the cocktail reception will run from 5:00 pm – 5:45 pm with passed hors d’ oeuvres and a cash bar. The speaker presentation will begin at 6:00 pm.

Dinner options include:
Starters: House Salad Mixed Greens, Gorgonzola Cheese and Candied Walnuts tossed with Balsamic Vinaigrette
Entrees:
- Seared Sea Scallops Perfectly Seared over a Bed of Asiago Risotto and Arugula. Served with a Lemon Beurre Blanc
- Wild Salmon Simply Grilled and Served with Risotto and Lemon Beurre Blanc Sauce
- Braised Short Ribs Bone-In Fork Tender Beef served with Mashed Potato topped with Veal Demi-Glace
- Chicken & Wild Mushroom Penne Grilled Chicken with Oyster, Shiitake and Portobello Mushroom and Sundried Tomato over a Bed of Penne Pasta Tossed in a Black Pepper Cream Sauce
- Vegetarian Option Available upon request
Dessert: Apple Pie Walnuts and Pecans in a Caramel Crust over Homemade Apple Pie made with “Overlook Farms” Apples
