New Medicaid Eligibility Requirements Create Urgency to Long Term Care Planning
Serious changes to the New York Medicaid program will soon affect the ability for seniors to obtain the home care services they need. Join elder law attorney Anthony J. Enea, Esq. for a program highlighting some of the most important changes (set to take effect on October 1, 2020) including the imposition of a look back period for Medicaid Home Care and modifications to the consumer-directed Medicaid program. Learn what steps can be taken now to prepare.
Mr. Enea concentrates his practice on elder law and estate planning and has spent the past 35 years protecting the rights of seniors and the disabled. He is a member of Enea, Scanlan and Sirignano, LLP (www.esslawfirm.com) with offices in White Plains and Somers, NY.
