Raymond J. Falcon, Jr. is a founding principal of Falcon & Singer P.C., a law firm with offices in offices Montvale, New Jersey and White Plains, New York.  Ray Falcon advises clients in matters of estate planning and probate and administration of decedent's estates, with a concentration in planning for families with members who have special needs.

Mr. Falcon will cover planning for families that have members with disabilities, with their unique set of circumstances and concerns.  The presentation will include planning for eligibility for needs-based programs, such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicaid, Medicare and Section 8 housing, estate planning for the transfer of wealth to a child or other family member with disabilities, preparing appropriate special needs trusts, wills, powers of attorney, letters of intent and other relevant documents, and Special Needs Settlement Planning.
